Aqsa Global High Area Severe electromagnetic band metal separators are used for the separation of unwanted metals in conveyors and shots. Metal separators on the electromagnetic band can be applied on the conveyor and in parallel. Current application can be placed in any point of the conveyor up to 30 degrees angle. The parallel application can be positioned at a distance to keep metal to the point where the conveyor shot is located.
The electromagnetic separator contains two tension drums. In addition, two tape adjustment rolls in the separator main body provides safety for control of the tape setting. Two shots on the sides prevent the metal from entering between the magnetic block and the band. With direct integrated, the band motor provides uninterrupted and lossless power transfer and provides conical locked drums service ease.
