Dry magnetic drum separator is used to separate materials as magnetic and non -magnetic. High or low area consists of severe fixed magnetic arrangements and non -magnetic armor that can move freely on the magnetic field. It is easily installed without interruption of production. It provides energy and labor force with its high energy and non -labor structure.
Working principle
The material is poured into magnetic drums. Non -magnetic parts are poured down from the front compartment with a drum rotation speed without being affected by the magnetic field. The magnetic parts are held by the magnetic field force in the drums and are excreted from the back shots where the magnetic field ends.
The machine consists of a general structure of the carrier chassis, feeding group, nutrient, magnetic drum group, motor with gearbox and control panel. With the help of the supply chamber, the flow of the vibrotava is provided. With the help of vibrotava, the product is properly scattered on the magnetic roll and the non -magnetic material is thrown with the help of centrifugal force and divided into non -magnetic material. Magnetic materials continue to be carried on the roll until the magnetic force of the roll is survived by the effect of the magnetic roll. The product survived from this force is transferred to the magnetic material shot.
