Working principle
Magnetic levels are matrix. The separator ring rotates vertically with the matrix and the direction of dragging magnetic products is the opposite of the feeding direction. It works out of the mud from the mud fed by 0-50 %and removes the magnetic particles out of the mud and then works with the principle of separating the washing water and magnetic parts as a second sludge. The electromagnetic coil produces adjustable magnetic fields in the 0-20000 Gauss range. With the vibration motor, the mud in the chamber is constantly dynamic by vibration.
